Phase 1
Salary
Worker is hired and paid a fixed salary while we operate the stall and recover initial investment.
Phase 2
Recovery
Once the investment is recovered, the worker moves toward a profit-share role.
Phase 3
Profit Share
Sustainable split — 40% to the worker, 60% to TheVendorise. Ownership stays with Vendorise; income grows with the stall.
